Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead – Appointment Generation, based in Pune. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the appointment generation process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality sales leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of appointment setters, crafting strategies for lead generation, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in crafting and implementing lead generation strategies
• Ability to coordinate with sales and marketing teams

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
