William Farr Church of England Comprehensive School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our highly successful school.

Job Information:
· Permanent
· Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (37 hours a week)
· Term time only plus inset days (39 weeks a year)
· WFS 5 (12-14) – £23,30.41 – £24,865.57 (FTE - £27,254 - £29,076)
The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about inclusion and ensuring every child feels safe, valued and able to succeed.
Have a strong understanding of the barriers faced by pupils with SEND, SEMH needs and EBSA.
Be able to establish trusting relationships with pupils and families to improve engagement and attendance.
Work effectively with teachers, the SENDCo, the SEMH Lead, Inclusion Lead and external professionals to provide high-quality support.
Demonstrate patience, resilience and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.
