Teacher Trainer

We are a dynamic curriculum support company that's on a mission to revolutionize learning. Our curriculum is designed to make education more engaging, meaningful, and fun for students. We are looking for an AVP of Teacher Training to join our team of passionate educators Objectives and Key Results: Conduct school-level orientation sessions for teachers. Audit training sessions delivered by teacher training managers to evaluate the effectiveness of teacher training programs and implement changes or improvements as needed. Host teacher webinars aimed at fostering motivation and encouraging responsible, impactful teaching practices. Design and develop a comprehensive teacher report format for tracking teacher progress. Regularly review and analyze the report format to identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes to enhance its effectiveness. Address/Redirect queries and concerns raised by teachers through the grievance cell. Gather feedback from the grievance cell and build strategies around fostering a supportive and rewarding learning environment for our valued teaching staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in teacher training or strategy building. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation skills

Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
