Job Description
The Freelance Teacher Trainer will be responsible for conducting teacher training workshops, building school partnerships, securing workshop bookings, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective teacher training workshops.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools.
• Secure workshop bookings independently through networks.
• Provide feedback to enhance training content and delivery.
• Travel within designated cities for sessions.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a teacher trainer.
• Strong workshop facilitation and motivational speaking skills.
• Deep understanding of pedagogy and classroom management.
• Knowledge of Indian and international curricula/boards.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
