Teacher Trainer
About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate Teacher Trainer who is fluent in Odia and English, with experience working extensively in budget private and government school ecosystems. The trainer will deliver high-quality workshops to primary school teachers on foundational literacy, language pedagogy, and classroom practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured training sessions (in-person or virtual) based on provided curriculum and pedagogical frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops on foundational literacy, classroom strategies, digital tools, and inclusive teaching practices.
• Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to track teacher progress.
Maintain accurate records of attendance,PARTICIPATION,and training outcomes. Share periodic reports with the central program team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (B.Ed preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a trainer or teacher in low-cost private schools within rural areas.
