Duties

Provide mentoring and guidance to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special education support.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Facilitate a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
