A K-12 school in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support student learning and classroom activities for the 2025/2026 school year. This full-time, on-site, contract position requires immediate availability and full onboarding before the start of the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist certified teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support students individually and in small groups, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Monitor student behavior and assist in implementing behavior management plans
Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization
Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students to support academic success
Qualifications:
Experience working as a paraprofessional in a K-12 school setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to support students with a range of academic and behavioral needs
Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Must be fully onboarded and able to work on-site throughout the school year

Job Duration: Contract for the 2025/2026 school year (NSY)
