Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Jigyaasa International Preschool, located in Hajipur. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, developing engaging and age-appropriate learning materials, and guiding children through activities designed to enhance their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Additional responsibilities include monitoring progress, collaborating with parents, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver engaging and effective educational experiences
• Background in Education and experience in Training to effectively support learners
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to nurture young learners with patience, creativity, and adaptability
• Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field preferred
• Certification in teaching or early childhood training is advantageous
