Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Accommodation Operations Teacher to join our Hotel Management faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in accommodation operations, including housekeeping, front office, and property management systems. The teacher will prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry by equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to manage hotel accommodation services efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions on:
• Housekeeping operations (cleaning science, linen room management, inventory control, etc.)
• Front office operations (check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, guest relations)
• Property Management Systems (PMS software)
• Interior decoration and design fundamentals relevant to hotels
• Prepare course plans, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Supervise and assess students in practical training labs and internships.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into teaching.
• Coordinate with industry professionals for guest lectures, industry visits, and internships.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and discipline among students.
• Assist in organizing co-curricular activities, seminars, and events related to hospitality operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
