Tea Barista-Order Lemon Cabramatta

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at our Lemon Tea Shop. As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of staff to create a positive and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain store cleanliness and a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for the food and beverage industry.
Experience:

Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Food handling: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)
