Taxation Manager

• Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts Manager :Monthly book closing & finalization of Books of Accounts and Statutory Records under Indian GAAP /Ind-AS.
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
Establish accounting policies and procedures, financial controls and ensure all
statutory compliances.
Conduct financial variance analysis, inter-store reconciliations, and periodical fixed
assets verification
Prepare all supporting information for the Audit and Liaise with the External
Auditors, Due Diligence as necessary
Taxation Matters - Withheld Tax (TDS/TCS), GST and all such other taxes as
required.
Physical Inventory Verification and Variance reporting and clearance.
Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly
recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate
