Job Description
We are looking for CA qualified / CA Inter / CMA inter candidates:
1. Responsible for finalization of accounts and preparation of Standalone and Consolidated financial statements for group companies.
2. Ensuring compliance covering entire gamut of Direct Taxation such as preparation and filing of tax returns, assessments etc., for the assigned Entities/ Business / Location.
3. Attending to all the Direct tax assessments which include drafting written submissions and representation in tax assessments at various levels. Coordinating with external tax consultant wherever high level opinions required.
4. Preparing and filing appeals with the tax authorities and visiting circle offices for making representation in hearings.
5. Responsible for timely filing of periodical returns under various Tax laws.
6. Preparation of MIS and analyzing the reasons for variances by partnering with the business persons
7. Keeping track of Tax amendments for providing updates to all relevant teams on various aspects of directs taxes, especially those having direct effect on Business
8. Coordination with the statutory auditors, various internal finance functions and regional offices for Audit requirements for filing statutory return as per the Income tax act.
+. Act as the key point of contact to guide the Regional Offices in case of tax litigations and compliances.
10. Preparation & maintenance of board resolutions & timely filing of various returns including Annual return under companies act.
11. Liasoning with bankers for submission of bank related MIS, opening of new account and effective management of funds
12. Should possess knowledge in Companies act

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
