Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1 to 2 years of recent public accounting experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A positive attitude and a desire to work collaboratively within a team
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and a passion for learning
Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with adaptability in various situations
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
Preferably, a solid foundation in tax and accounting
Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA Candidate; familiarity with Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, and/or GoFileRoom
Benefits

Responsibilities
Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts
Assist with bookkeeping as necessary to support tax return preparation
Efficiently execute engagements to meet deadlines
Learn to develop and maintain client relationships
Offer tax planning and consulting to help clients achieve their financial objectives
Conduct tax research on various issues
This position may require extended hours and will not permit time off between January 1st and April 15th
