Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Tax Senior to join our well-established and growing team. This is a role that offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be working closely with our team of seasoned professionals who are passionate about providing top-notch financial services to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review complex tax returns including federal and multi-state returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate accounting staff and manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
• Extensive understanding and experience in tax preparation, tax accounting, and tax compliance.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
