• Represent clients in all phases of tax disputes
• Develop effective case strategies and submissions
• Advise clients on legal challenges and strategies
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys
• Support client networking and presentations Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution
• Good standing member of a Canadian law society
• Strong understanding of Canadian tax law and legal procedures
