Location: In-Office
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Data Entry Specialist to accurately input and organize client tax information. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records and supporting tax preparers throughout the tax season.
Responsibilities
Enter client tax data into tax preparation software accurately
Review documents for completeness and consistency
Scan, upload, and organize client files
Verify personal and financial information for accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
Assist tax preparers with administrative support as needed
Flag missing or inconsistent information for review
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers and documents
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to follow structured processes and deadlines
Prior data entry, administrative, or tax experience preferred
Familiarity with tax software is a plus but not required
