Role Overview
We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Tamil Subject Coordinator to lead academic planning and coordination for our UGC NET Tamil programs. The role involves managing faculty, content delivery, and ensuring high-quality online learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate online Tamil classes in alignment with the UGC NET Tamil syllabus.
Review and validate study materials including notes, presentations, mock tests, and assignments.
Plan academic schedules and coordinate lectures, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions with faculty.
Work with the content and media teams to create engaging and structured video content.
Monitor student performance and feedback, and offer academic support as needed.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of academic content matching the exam standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Tamil.
UGC NET qualification in Tamil is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or coordinating Tamil subject for UGC NET or other competitive exams.
Strong understanding of UGC NET Tamil syllabus and examination pattern.
Excellent academic management, communication, and coordination skills.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Office, and virtual teaching platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
