Lean Manufacturing expertise and process improvement certifications
Familiarity with advanced simulation and tolerance stack‑up analysis tools

Our client seeks an Engineering Manager to spearhead new product development, tooling, and manufacturing readiness, delivering high‑quality solutions to demanding customers

Lead the full project lifecycle from award through engineering, tooling, validation, and manufacturing handoff
Provide operational oversight of the internal Tool Room, managing capacity, safety, quality, and schedule performance
Own technical execution for injection molding, MIM, CNC machining, automation, and process validation
Develop and maintain Bills of Material, process parameters, and handoff packages to ensure seamless transition to production
Direct and mentor Project Management resources, setting priorities, performance expectations, and accountability
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and customers on quoting, scope definition, and technical reviews
Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation while maintaining ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance
