Job Description
We are looking for talented PHP and Laravel developers to join our Enterprise software product development team.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple web/cloud-based application software products in Core PHP (Version 8.2) and the Laravel framework.
Your role would involve developing new modules and enhancing existing modules for software products in domains like CRM, ERP, Project Management, Workflow Automation, Financial Accounting, E-Commerce, etc.
Important Information
If necessary, training can be provided on the job to software developers with insufficient experience or skills in PHP/Laravel, but are otherwise a good fit for this position.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new software features and functionality using PHP 8.2 and related technologies.
Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to create and improve software products.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug existing code, identify and fix performance issues, and maintain software applications.
Collaborate with customer organizations' teams to ensure seamless integration of software products with other systems, if necessary.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
Desired Applicant Profile
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in Science/Technology, Computer Application, Computer Science, or Diploma in Software Development/IT.
Graduates with Honours Degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Electronics (with or without experience) are welcome!
Key Skills:
Good knowledge of Core PHP and preferably the Laravel framework.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in writing server-side scripting in Core PHP and/or Laravel or any other framework.
Hands-on experience in developing web-based applications and/or database-driven E-commerce sites.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, and responsive front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is necessary.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries using multiple tables and joins.
Willingness to work according to defined coding standards and preparing required documentation for development assignments.
Passion for following best design and coding practices.
Knowledge of basic concepts of application security.
Some experience in preparing design specifications/documents.
Keen desire to learn new technologies and grow as a software professional.
Good communication skills.
Passion for software development.
Knowledge of AngularJS/Vue.js/React.js/Node.js would be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
