Talent Manager- Influencer Marketing

At Creators Gram, we’re looking for a passionate and energetic Creator Manager to lead and grow our creator community. You won’t just manage creators—you’ll actively help shape their journey, build connections, and open new doors for them.

What you’ll do

1. Onboard & Be the main point of contact for creators

Listen to creators, understand their needs, and support their growth within Creators Gram.

2. Build a strong community

Create a space where creators can connect, collaborate, and learn.

This includes planning online and offline meetups, workshops, and events.

3. Create opportunities for creators

Help creators grow by bringing them:

Brand collaborations and campaigns

Travel experiences and creator trips

Workshops, mentorships, and skill-building sessions

Networking events with industry leaders

4. Run community programs

Plan and manage initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and creator satisfaction.

5. Share insights & improve the system

Collect feedback from creators, track engagement, and help improve community programs.

6. Stay ahead of trends

Spot new opportunities, platforms, and ideas that can benefit creators and the company.

What we’re looking for

High energy and genuine passion for the creator economy

Strong communication skills (speaking + writing)

Experience in community building or people management

Proactive mindset—you take initiative and make things happen

Good at organizing events and handling multiple tasks

Problem-solver with creative thinking

Open to travel for events and creator meetups
