🔹 Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Recruitment
📍 Location: Faridabad
💼 Experience: 2–7 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
🌍 Market: International / Multi-Country Hiring
💰 Earning: Performance & Commission-Based Opportunities
What You'll Do
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients
✅ Source candidates across multiple countries and geographies
✅ Build and manage international talent pipelines
✅ Screen, shortlist and coordinate candidates with overseas clients
✅ Manage interviews, offers, negotiations and closures
✅ Work across different time zones and international markets
✅ Develop strong candidate and client relationships
✅ Support international recruitment mandates and business development
✅ Drive successful closures and revenue generation
🌎 International Hiring Exposure
Experience hiring for GCC, Europe, USA/Canada, Africa, Southeast Asia will be an added advantage.
👤 What We're Looking For
• 2–7 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
• International recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Experience hiring across multiple countries
• Experience with commission-based recruitment will be an advantage
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
• Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones
