Talent Acquisition Specialist 5-10 Years for FMCD industry at Mumbai.
Position - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience - 5 to 10 Years
Location - Mumbai
Note - Experience of Sales and Leadership hiring roles.
Job Responsibilities:
• Experience of Sales and Leadership hiring roles.
• Independently manage end-to-end hiring for support functions, manufacturing units, and other business verticals
• Drive closure of niche, critical, and hard-to-fill roles within defined TATs through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Use data-driven sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs, referrals, consultants, and direct market research.
• Operate multiple talent sourcing tools including internal job posting, employee referral programs, company webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants.
• Interface with different functions to clarify position-specific job description and specifications based on market trends.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBP on hiring role requirements, align expectations, and ensure timely decision-making.
• Support and drive continuous improvement of TA processes to improve speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience
