Responsibilities:
• End‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, closure
• Client HR operations: onboarding, documentation, compliance
• Liaison between IPS & client for manpower planning/reporting
• Maintain pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals
• Ensure smooth recruitment execution at client site

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Exposure to Oil & Gas / heavy industries preferred
• Ability to multitask across recruitment & operations
• Proactive, adaptable, comfortable at client premises.
