Job DescriptionWe are looking for Talent Acqusition Manager for EAST RegionRole Description:Responsible for providing quality talent to internal customers within a specified timeframe with a continuous focus on building a talent pool for the futureKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruitment for respective regionFocus upon annual forecasting, quarterly forecasting & monthly plan in the region assignedDrive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the regionIdentify recommend & establish tie-ups with Institutions & agenciesAnalyze recruitment & attrition trends in the region and recommend actionsSource, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time maintaining the optimum cost of hiringMotivate & enhance productivity of the Region Workforce Planning team ensure process adherenceAsk for Requisitions, with JD and candidate specifications and with proper authorizationBuild and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum Introduce the new employee to the concerned HR for joining formalitiesMaintain records of sources especially the recruitments done through consultants or referralsEstablish relevant documentation and maintain recordsBe proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirementsCoordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and Appointment to prospective applicantsDevelop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levelsPromote Employee Referral Scheme in the sitesQualifications:Excellent customer service orientation Excellent Interpersonal Skills Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills Ability to prioritise Ability to follow direction and work with little or no supervision Strong negotiation skillsRegardsSunil singhJob ClassificationIndustry: Facility Management ServicesFunctional Area: Human Resources, Role Category: Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionRole: Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionEmployement Type: Full timeEducationUnder Graduation: Graduation Not RequiredPost Graduation: MBA/PGDM in Any SpecializationDoctorate: Any Doctorate
