Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in technical hiring, preferably within the VDI or technology domain. The candidate should come from an engineering or technical background and be capable of independently handling end-to-end recruitment while supporting senior team members. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to deliver qualified candidates within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior team members to understand role requirements.
• Source high-quality technical candidates through multiple channels and platforms.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
• Support TA team initiatives and drive hiring efficiency.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring within VDI or technology-heavy environments.
• Engineering/technical education background for better understanding of profiles.
• Proven ability to source and close niche technical roles.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with a proactive approach.
