Job description
IMS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic TA team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment, and will be eager to support the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Only local candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for non-IT roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage bulk hiring initiatives, including coordinating mass recruitment drives and job fairs.
Interview Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth interview process by providing necessary information and support to both candidates and interviewers.
• Assist in organizing and conducting walk-in interviews and recruitment events.
Candidate Management:
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Database Management:
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and kept confidential.
Employer Branding:
• Assist in promoting IMS as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
• Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments.
