Your focus will be on supporting the talent acquisition team with screening and moving the flow of the applications by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.If you’re interested in developing your career after spending sufficient time in the recruitment process streamlining you can and getting a closer look at how our company approaches payroll, and employee development, we’d like to meet you.We are looking for 3 fresh MBA pass out's from Mumbai, or from other cities but are willing to relocate to Mumbai-ResponsibilitiesUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsScreen resumes and application forms on the ATS and shortlist for roundsFollow up with respective hiring managers for movement of profiles Ensure profiles move within stages in the defined timelines for eachSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networking sitesRequirementsFamiliarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databasesExperience with MS OfficeGood understanding of full-cycle recruitingExperience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
