Job Description
Key responsibilities may include,
Act as the first point of contact for candidates prior to interviews, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, from initial documentation to final reviews.
Handle various administrative tasks, including creating and streamlining templates and process documentation.
Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for effective communication and process management.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to anticipate needs and improve overall processes.
Support projects like diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by researching and implementing best practices.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have experience and an understanding of end-to-end recruitment. More importantly you will be,
Detail-oriented and organised, with strong administrative skills.
A proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of the recruitment team.
An outgoing personality with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
