Whom are we looking for:
Zebra Learn is looking for a skilled Human Resource Associate, responsible for recruiting, supporting the
staff, and developing talent in the team.
Your contribution to the team:
Managing the recruitment and selection process and actively coordinating with the senior HR
Management to close roles.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation,
and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage the performance of all the employees
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
We like you if you have the following:
Proven 3+ years of working experience as an HR
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
Other details:
Office Location Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.
Work Type In-Office, Fulltime.
Working Days 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Benefits: Flexible schedule, Paid time off
Schedule: 10 am to 7:30 pm Day shift
