We are looking for a friendly and reliable Takeaway Assistant to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving takeaway orders, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders in person, over the phone, or via delivery apps
Prepare food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Package takeaway orders neatly and correctly
Handle payments (cash and EFTPOS)
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, and front-of-house areas
Restock supplies and ensure items are fresh and available
Follow health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Provide friendly and helpful service at all times
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $43.34 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
