Job Description
Job role:
End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions (Chief Manager and above)
Consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate sourcing strategies, such as internal/direct sourcing, networking and social recruitment
Shortlisting Task/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, on boarding
For leadership roles designed manpower plan (across levels), aligned with business growth plan.
Designed job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles
Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates
Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team.
Supervising and designing promotion strategy in digital media platforms
Job requirements:
5-6 years of relevant recruitment experience
Experience in financial service industry preferred
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Post Graduate degree or any equivalent experience
