Job Description
The High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for industry and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates. This position will utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates with critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of MGS's core lines of research. This SEASONAL CONTRACT position is scheduled to start tentatively on June 16th and conclude in late January 2026. Our challenge to you:

Client & Candidate
Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.

Thought Leadership
Positioned as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing their knowledge of in-demand skills and advising both candidates and clients through various platforms. Understand and educate the client on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience
Bilingual French/English
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
