About the role
An exciting opportunity for a Systems Specialist to join our growing team!
Reporting to the National Transport Manager, you will collaborate with the internal Landside team and will be responsible for implementing systems and process improvements, enhancing business performance, building capability and support all system across our Landside business.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the implementation of a Transport Management System for the Landside business including testing and training
Act as systems super user for all operational systems
Manage the configuration and onboarding for existing and new customers and the resolution of all system issues internally and externally
Provide feedback on the system needs of the sites and make recommendations where required
Identify redundant or outdated manual work systems still in use and propose/deliver measures to address and remove or improve
Assist with continuous process improvement capability and identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement projects across all sites
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation of systems
1 years’ experience in project management
Background in logistics/supply chain
Experience using Warehouse and Transport systems (Wave advantageous)
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
