Duties
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Source to Pay (S2P) solutions on the ServiceNow platform for enterprise clients. The resource will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable S2P solutions while working closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, QA, and business stakeholders. This role is delivery-focused and requires prior end-to-end S2P implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) modules, including:
• Sourcing & Procurement Operations
• Supplier Lifecycle Management
• Contract Management
• Requisition-to-PO workflows
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop and configure:
• Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
• Flow Designer / Workflows
• UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Items
• ACLs and role-based security
• Customize and extend OOTB S2P functionality in an upgrade-safe manner.
• Build and support integrations with ERP/finance systems (e.g., Coupa or Aravo) using
• REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), deployments, and post-production validation.
• Provide L3/L4 production support for S2P-related issues.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and QA to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and operational runbooks.
Role Expectations
• Acts as a senior individual contributor and S2P SME.
• Owns solution delivery and technical quality within assigned scope.
• Expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills required.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing Source to Pay (S2P) for at least one enterprise customer.
• Strong expertise in:
• ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Flow Designer / Workflow Engine
• Service Catalog & Procurement modules
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data handling.
• Solid understanding of procurement and finance processes.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
Education
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related discipline with excellent academic record
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD preferred).
• Experience working in COE or consulting environments.
• Prior experience supporting global or multi-entity organizations
