Role Snapshot (High Priority Hiring)

We are actively looking for a System & Network Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Indian stock exchange environments like National Stock Exchange of India, Bombay Stock Exchange, Multi Commodity Exchange of India, and Central Depository Services Limited.

This role is critical for managing low-latency trading infrastructure, exchange connectivity, and ensuring 24x7 uptime of trading systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage trading platforms (NEAT, BOLT, OMS/RMS systems)
• Configure and maintain CTCL, IBT, Algo trading environments
• Handle exchange connectivity (VPN/MPLS/Lease Line) with uptime focus
• Troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and real-time trading issues
• Administer Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) & Windows Servers
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches (Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto)
• Ensure compliance with SEBI audits & cybersecurity frameworks
• Coordinate with exchanges for colocation & approvals

Must-Have Skills (ATS Optimized Keywords)
• CTCL / IBT / Algo Trading Infrastructure
• NSE / BSE / MCX / CDSL Connectivity
• Linux Administration (Red Hat, CentOS)
• Windows Server Management
• Networking: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN
• Firewall Configuration (Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto)
• Low Latency Trading Systems
• Exchange Colocation Setup
• SEBI Compliance & Audit Handling

Good to Have
• Experience with large brokerages
• Exposure to HFT / prop trading environments
