Job Description
We are hiring a System Engineer with 4+ years of experience to manage restoration drill activities, application support, and stakeholder coordination for enterprise banking applications. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and experience working in customer-facing production support environments.
Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities -
• Manage end-to-end restoration drill activities for banking applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure timely execution of restoration drills.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders through calls, meetings, and emails.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and timely escalations for critical issues.
• Troubleshoot application, Windows, Linux, and Oracle/SQL-related issues.
• Support Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and other enterprise applications through remote support.
Requirements -
• 4+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Strong experience in customer/stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
