Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Admin Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and user accounts.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, accessories, software licenses, and other IT assets.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC services, and software procurement.
Install and update antivirus software, security patches, and operating system updates.
Create and maintain documentation related to IT assets, support tickets, and system configurations.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by configuring and recovering IT assets.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
Experience in configuring routers, switches, printers, and network devices.
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or a related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience

3–4 years of relevant experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or System Administration.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
