Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance of the Company’s IT infrastructure, including intranet, internet, ERP system, servers, workstations, backup and network security.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware in workstations and servers.
Development of standard operating procedures in accordance with the Company’s business systems and processes.
Create customized reports and queries upon request by writing simple codes in the ERP system.
Manage Backup system.
Manage standard server configuration from Microsoft OS and Backup OS – storage.
Manage Cloud Server Technology with the backup procedure.
Manage IP Setting Configuration - TCP IP V4 and V6 and DHCP settings and configuration, DNS settings and configuration.
Manage Router Configuration and Switches, POE Switches and Manage LAN Connection (HUB/PORT/Switch)
Development of user manuals for ERP system users.
Design and implementation of disaster recovery solutions and policies.
Conduct routine software and hardware audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with the established IT policies and guidelines.
Maintenance of the Company’s website.

At least Diploma in Computer/ IT engineering or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of the Marine/Shipping Industry will be an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of SQL, Website, Windows OS networking, Firewalls, TCP/IP and software development environment are required.
