Swim Teacher / Supervisor (Part Time) Sundays

*Job Overview*

PoolSchools are seeking an additional part time Swim School Supervisor to assist with the overseeing of operations of our expanding swim school.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and educating individuals of all ages, motivating our phenomenal team and keeping our brand strong!

*Responsibilities*

- Supervising on a Sunday 8.45-1.15pm in Reigate.

- Manage on site operations of the swim school

- Develop and implement swim lesson programs

- Recruit, train, and supervise swim instructors and staff

- Oversea the team to ensure they are meeting the scheme and lessons are fantastic

- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all swimmers

- Handle onsite customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

*Qualifications*

- Previous experience in swim teaching is a must

(must have a L2 swim teachers qualification)

-Management experience is desirable, can be taught

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to educate and motivate both staff and swimmers

- Lifeguard certification is advantageous but not essential as can be gained (an NPLQ would be required)

-clean and clear DBS

*Basic Specification*

-This role does require supervising on a Sunday

-This role could also involve teaching a number of evening shifts and Saturdays in the future.

- The Swim School runs during Evenings and Weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
