Senior Application Support Consultant responsible for L2/L3 support of Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) in an Application Managed Services (AMS) environment.The role involves incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and user support for manufacturing ERP processes.
