About the Role

Join our Audit team in Perth as a Sustainability Assurance Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of climate and sustainability reporting for leading organisations. In this position, you’ll deliver high‑quality assurance services across climate, sustainability, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions disclosures, supporting clients to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.

Lead and coach audit teams, including planning engagements, reviewing work, and developing junior auditors.

What we’re looking for:

2–5+ years of experience in external audit, sustainability assurance, or non‑financial reporting (GHG assurance experience essential).

Strong analytical capability to understand emissions drivers, assess risk, challenge assumptions and exercise sound professional judgement.

Experience supervising assurance engagements, including managing timelines, budgets and project deliverables.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear audit findings and engage confidently with clients.

Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., IASB/AASB S2, TCFD, TNFD), and relevant assurance standards (ASAE 3000/ISAE 3410).

Understanding of regulatory requirements such as the NGER Act, Safeguard Mechanism and Renewable Energy Target.
