We are currently seeking skilled compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to provide in-home support to elderly Australians in Preston and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients live independently, feel respected, and stay connected to their community by assisting with:
Personal Care – Supporting clients with showering, grooming, and daily hygiene routines
Home Cleaning – Household cleaning and laundry tasks are a core part of the role, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
Meal Preparation – Cooking simple, nutritious meals
Shopping – Assisting with errands or accompanying clients to the shops
Appointments – Providing transport or escorting clients to medical and other appointments
Respite Social Support – Engaging clients in companionship, social outings or home-based activities
Wellbeing Monitoring – Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health
This role involves travelling between clients, so you'll need your own reliable vehicle.

What You’ll Need
A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Aging Support, with accompanying academic transcript (students nearing completion welcome to apply)
Current Victorian Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
COVID-19 vaccination evidence (as per public health orders)
