Are you a compassionate and reliable Support Worker looking for flexible, meaningful work?

Kimi Support Services is looking for experienced Support Workers across Australia to support NDIS participants and aged care clients in their everyday lives. As an independent contractor, you choose your own hours, clients, and shifts — giving you the flexibility to work on your terms

What the role involves:

Personal care and daily living support
Community access and social participation
Domestic assistance and transport
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Companionship and social support
What we're looking for:

Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Strong communicator who builds trust with clients
Comfortable working independently
All experience levels welcome
Requirements:

Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
Current CPR Certificate (within 12 months)
Current Police Check (within 3 years)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online)
Infection Control Training – BASICS_INFECTION_CRTL module (free online)
ABN (free to obtain at abr.gov.au)
