Requirements:

- Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license

- Prior experience working in Disability or Community Support (Advantage) or Mental Health

- Experience working as a mentor (Advantage)

- Ability to drive company vehicle (Auto)

- Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care (Advantage)

- Medication Charts documentation experience (Advantage)

- Compliance with policies, procedures, and Healing Minds SA Core Values

- Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)

- Handling client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner

- Flexible to cover shift cancellations on weekdays and weekends

Qualifications:

- Previous experience (Bonus)

- Cert III in Individual Support/Aged-Disability or equivalent

- Assist with Medication Training (Advantage)

- Hours: 10 - 20 per week – Depending on your work flexibility
