Support technician

ENcore Systems is a system integration company based in Noida, offering Lithium-ion Technology Solutions for high-tech products in E-Mobility, Storage, and New Energy sectors. With a focus on Lithium technology in Green Energy transition, ENcore provides professional installation and start-up support for Battery Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery Packs, Electric vehicle Charging Stations, and Power Conversion Systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Technician at ENcore Systems in Noida. The Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing information technology systems, and facilitating effective communication. The role will also involve software support and maintenance tasks.
