About the Role
At Advanced Personnel Management, we empower people with disabilities to maximize their plans and access support services. As a Support Coordination Specialist, you will play a vital role in assessing needs and coordinating support for NDIS participants referred to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating their services and supports.
• Complete all necessary administration to the required standard, ensuring full compliance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability associations/groups.
• Promote our organization to the market and generate interest in support coordination under the NDIS.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Empathy and care for people.
• The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator or similar role.
• Allied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar experience.
