Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

Daily Assistance: Providing support with personal care, domestic tasks, and other essential activities.
Health Monitoring: Keeping track of any changes in wellbeing and reporting to management as necessary.
Social Support: Fostering meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum Certificate III Individual Support (or equivalent) qualification.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Basic technology skills.
First Aid/CPR certification (desired).
