Job Description :
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Admin Assistant to manage procurement, logistics, sales, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
The role will be reporting to the General Manager
Responsibilities :
• Procurement & Purchasing : Place orders, validate invoices, and coordinate payments, manage documentation and data base filling.
• Logistics :
• Coordinate logistics, review invoices and shipping documents, and archive documents.
• Analyzing cost effective logistics solution for Domestic purchases, Warehouse and exports.
• Sales : Issue and manage invoices
• Sample Management : Request, organize, and send samples to clients.
• Controlling : Stock Management, follow up on GST fillings of suppliers and reporting.
• Admin : Review and monitor the expenses of the team
• Others :
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas, Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
Requirements :
• Experience in supply chain and administration.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of logistics and sales processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in office software and ERP
• Availability to travel to other branches (Spain & Sri Lanka)
