As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment & Supply Administrator to support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing management of our expert panel, ensuring we continue to meet customer demand while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality and service.

Summary of Position

The Supply Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and ongoing management of our panel of Expert Witnesses. Working closely with the Supply Team Leader, the successful candidate will ensure sufficient expert capacity to meet customer demand, coordinate appointments and inspections, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor expert performance and build strong relationships with both new and existing panel members.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Medical and Surveying Expert Witnesses.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified experts to ensure sufficient panel capacity and achieve recruitment targets.
Source, screen and validate candidates, including professional qualifications, registrations and regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing experts, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Forecast appointment and inspection demand, coordinating expert availability across geographical regions.
Schedule appointments, maintain clinic calendars and ensure all relevant documentation is distributed in a timely manner.
Monitor panel capacity and proactively recruit or adjust availability to meet customer demand.
Maintain accurate expert, venue and contact records within internal systems.
Conduct ongoing compliance and validation checks to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Monitor expert performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing feedback and supporting performance improvements where required.
Produce management information (MI) reports, analysing recruitment, capacity and performance data to support operational decision-making.
Work collaboratively with Operations and other departments to resolve issues, maintain service standards and complete projects as required.
Skills and Knowledge Required:

Previous experience in recruitment, supply management, account management or a similar coordination role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience interpreting data and producing management reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced in using recruitment, CRM or scheduling systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Professional, customer-focused approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of UK geography would be advantageous but is not essential.
Benefits:

Salary £25,000 depending on experience.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
