Role Description
➢ The Seller Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India.
➢ The role involves identifying potential Sellers, explaining Drop-dash’s platform and processes,
and guiding them through registration and documentation requirements.
➢ The executive will collect and verify Seller information, coordinate product listing and catalog
setup, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
➢ Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, resolving Seller queries,
collaborating with operations and support teams, and continuously improving the onboarding
experience.
➢ The role also includes monitoring Seller performance in the initial stages and providing
feedback and support to help them succeed on the platform.
Qualifications
➢ Seller management and onboarding skills, including experience in coordinating documentation,
registration, and product listing processes.
➢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with Sellers across diverse
backgrounds, both in-person and over phone or digital channels.
➢ Basic data management and organizational skills, including accuracy in record-keeping and
familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
➢ Understanding of e-commerce or drop-shipping concepts, preferably with experience in
marketplaces, social selling, or small business support.
➢ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address Seller concerns and escalate issues
appropriately.
➢ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
